At the very end of the 19th Century, a man in his late 20s was walking down the road of the modern-day Bangladesh-India border. Jomir Ali Malita was his name, a farmer by trade. His wife was carrying her youngest son Yousuf- Yousuf Ali Malita, and the other two were walking to their grandma's house on the other side of a village named "Borobaonda". A traditional Bangladeshi village in the greater Jassore region of then British India. Jomir called it home, the home of "malitas".

This website is a tribute to my ancestors. Jomir Ali Malita was my Great-great Grandfather. My Grandfather, Khalilur Rahaman, was the second child of Yousuf Malita. My grandpa had 6 (six) siblings. My father, Abdul Khaleque, was the second son of my grandpa, like me. We are "Malitas". Let our signature begin at "signaturemalitas.com"
